Another cold night with a moderate frost developing by morning. A brighter day tending to develop than of late but with a very cold NEasterly wind, the chance of some light sleet or snow showers during the day but with little chance of any lying snow- staying very raw and cold..
The trouble with weather forecasting is that it's right too often for us to ignore it and wrong too often for us to rely on it.
